Saturday, September 28, 2019
(815 Windermere Road, London)
Registration: 10 am | Hike: 11 am | Lunch: 12 pm
Join us for the 11th Annual Hike for Hospice presented by CIBC Wood Gundy! This family-friendly event will gather the London community to celebrate the life of our deceased loved ones and raise funds for the professional and compassionate end-of-life and bereavement care provided by St. Joseph’s Hospice to people in the London Middlesex community. Create a team of family and friends, challenge your colleagues or register as an individual and choose to walk or run 1 km, 2.5 km, or 5 km (two loops of the 2.5 km trail). Contribute to the memorial tree, grab a snack before your hike then return for lunch and much more!
“Our family came into St. Joseph’s Hospice and we were blown away by the compassionate care and how well our whole family was treated. From our young children to our extended family to Bob’s high school football team, everyone was welcome to spend quality time during Bob’s final days.”
– Emily Oliver, Team Jez at Hike for Hospice 2018

Hiking in Memory of a Loved One
Thank you to our hikers, donors, sponsors, organizing committee, and volunteers for your support and participation in the 10th Annual Hike for Hospice on Saturday, September 29, 2018. More than 350 people came together in Kilally Meadows and raised more than $87,000 in support of St. Joseph’s Hospice.
These funds will directly impact the lives of people facing a terminal illness and their families in our 10-suite residence, through our vital community support programs, and grief and bereavement care. We are so grateful for this incredible community and could not provide quality end-of-life care without your steadfast support.
St. Joseph’s Hospice relies on the dedication and support from volunteers. Thank you to this year’s Hike for Hospice Committee:
Sarah Martens, Chair
Ann Marie Brunner
